Writing for professional magazines (£20 per participant)

In this interactive workshop, we will consider some of the key differences between writing a piece for an academic journal and a piece for a professional magazine.  We will examine extracts from authentic professional magazines to identify useful writing strategies that will appeal to editors of professional magazines. By the end of the session, you should feel more confident to have a go at writing a piece for a professional magazine if you have never done one before.
