Researchers today need to be extremely skilled and versatile in the art of writing. I have extensive experience in providing writing training and support for researchers, from doctoral researchers to academics well established in their field. I can offer you friendly, personalised academic writing support whatever your need might be, from one-to-one online support to group workshops at your own institution.

My portfolio of clients includes world-leading research institutions such as University of Cambridge, Imperial College London, King's College London, Queen Mary University London, Pirbright Laboratories, University of Surrey, and University of Kent. I also run regular sessions for the Society for Research in Higher Education (SRHE).

As well as running institution-based training, over the years I've provided support for countless individual researchers through online writing tutorials and email correspondence. I pride myself on offering a friendly, approachable service for anyone in the academic domain who feels they need writing support.

I am co-author of two titles in the SAGE Success in Research series (Mentoring to Empower Researchers and Inspiring Collaboration and Engagement) and co-editor of the six new titles added to the series in January 2020.
